  1. 15% vat to be added.
  2. 5% service charge to be added.
  3. 2,000.00 taka extra payable for each extra hour use of Lecture Hall (Auditorium). In addition 5,000.00 taka as caution money to be deposited.
  4. 1,000.00 taka extra payable for each extra hour use of Conference Room. In addition 3,000.00 taka as caution money to be deposited.
  5. For the use of each extra Sft. area of open space inside the building 12.00 taka to be paid. For each extra hour use of open space 1.50 taka to be added for each Sft. 10% of total fair for using open space should be deposited as caution money.
  6. All the payment to be made in advance
